This has been happening to many of my articles. They get copied and butchered to host unrelated advertising, and then end up higher in a google search. Not sure it’s worth writing for EzineArticles if this is what happens.

I have had this personally happen to me. Actually its quite ridiculous and quite irksome to know that this kind of stuff happens undetected in some cases.

I’m happy to report that within 1 hour and two minutes after I sent the Copyright Infringement Notice to Amazines, the thief was banned and I was contacted by the owner (Ryan Jones). Thank you, Ryan.
