&lt;p&gt;Press releases and ezines are 2 DIFFERENT tools and there is no point to compare them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Many people will tell you that driving a car is good. Others will tell you that walking is good. All of them are right under certain circumstances. However, the people who will tell you that driving a car is definitely better than walking don&#039;t know what they are talking about. For example, it&#039;s healthier to walk but if you need to arrive sooner at a certain destination, then the car is better. It depends on what is your goal. The same is with ezines and press releases.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On the other hand, the comment feature is not for customers support but for commenting the articles. If you keep posting comments not related to the articles I will delete them.&lt;/p&gt;
