How serious are some ezine ad co-ops? – Part 2
If you didn’t read the 1st report published on 6th of January
you can read it here.
For running today’s test I’ve selected the ezine Online Business Opportunities (OBO) published by Valerian Dinca.
Valerian’s ezine was initially named Morning Co~free and then on 5th April 2006 the ezine was renamed OBO. You can check the public archive here.
Let’s search on Google for “Morning Cofree”.
4th result: Essential Team (check the Ezines Group No. 2).
Now let’s search for “MCF Newsletter” (Morning Co~free Newsletter).
On page 2 we find the listing from the ad co-op Ezines United.
Then you can find the listing from AdMistress. The last update was made on September 12, 2007 but it seems that they don’t know yet about the “recent” rename done by the publisher on April 2006!
And finally I found the listing from 10Dollars20Ads (check the Ezines Group No. 9).
Over 21 (twenty one) months have passed since Valerian has changed the name of his ezine and the above ad co-ops owners don’t know yet about this …
Well, this being the second test (not the last), we already have a top of the most OUTDATED ezine ad co-ops and the “winners” are (for the moment): Ezines United & 10Dollars20Ads.
That’s it for today.
Take care!
