Results of an advertising campaign
December 30th, 2007These days I’ve tested for a third time within the last 6 months an advertising resource named Solo-Ads Ezine.
Solo-Ads Ezine is the sole ezine I know that is … not an ezine! An ezine is a periodic publication containing articles & information on a specific topic. When you “subscribe” to Solo-Ads Ezine you’ll never receive an ezine. All you receive are solo ads containing links that you have to click on if you want to get credits.
The credits can be used only for buying solo ads and those ads are called Free Solo Ads.
Quite misleading marketing … If you have to work to get something … then it’s NOT free …
First two times I have advertised AdsHome Classified Ad Co-op and the result was disappointing: many hits, no sales. (Here is the result of the first advertising campaign from June 2007).
What I have advertised this time is my brand new report How to Avoid Spam Filters.
For $25 the ad was sent to 4,000 subscribers.
So far the result is the following one:
Dec. 26: 370 hits, no sales.
Dec. 27: 135 hits, no sales.
Dec. 28: 41 hits, no sales.
Dec. 29: 29 hits, no sales.
Dec. 30: 8 hits, no sales.
The result was far much better when I’ve sent the same ad to 550 subscribers of Ad Co-ops News …
Since this Solo-Ads.com seems to be a kind of traffic exchange program where people click on links to get credits but never read or buy anything …
I am afraid I have to strongly NOT recommend you to waste your time using this advertising resource.
By the way, if you didn’t get yet your copy of “How to Avoid Spam Filters”, you should hurry.
The introductory price is valid only till tomorrow … and your competition may already having and using the information from this report …
Happy New Year!
